the following is a list of our standard terms and conditions, please take time to read them.


All prices are in AUD and include 10% GST for international orders we remove the GST amount. Discount structures and free shipping obligations apply to Australian residents only. International orders are calculated when the order is received depending where it is being sent.

Prices are subject to changes due to currency evolution and commercial agreements. Though, they would be updated on the site in a timely manner, so there are no nasty surprises


Although we prefer to meet you , make music together and explore electronic music, modules present on this site are subject to availability.

Modules and equipment not in stock can be ordered and sent to you. It is best to contact us to determine the exact delay, especially as specific modules and controllers are not available all the year round.


We ship packages safe, secure and with tracking. However insurance coverage is not included as standard and is at an extra fee. We cannot unfortunately, replace or refund packages lost that are not insured if this extra is not opted for.

Old and new:

All products available are new, unless further noticed as used.

we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund at any time in the rare case of incorrect pricing mistakes etc.


 Power supplies and electrical risks:

Equinoxoz Music Solutions assumes no responsibility for any electrical incidents (including shocks, damages produced to any other equipment, animal or person) encountered with rails, PSU,  powered & passive busboards, cases,  nor for the replacement of modules wrongly plugged into this equipment. All power supplies are intended to be installed by a qualified electrician.


We honour the full factory warranty for devices bought through us but this is specifically limited to manufacturing faults and defects. We do not warrant for user error, improper module or equipment connection, misuse of equipment, acts of dog or god or any other circumstances not directly related to, or a part of, a direct sale from us. We do not warrant other brands that we do not sell that are damaged as a result of improper connection to equipment purchased through us.  Defective items must be approved for return and include the invoice from purchase and a note of the problem. Return postage is paid by the customer (as not all goods returned are faulty or as a result of a manufacturing defect) we handle shipping back to you for claims of warranty. If the fault is found to be caused by abuse, wrongful usage, or any other factor not related to the direct operation of the unit it is not  covered under our warranty obligations and a technicians repair fee will have to be organised or the item returned.

We are reasonable and happy to help but we ask that people dont abuse our kindness by asking us to service for free things that were not sold defective and that they themselves have damaged. We always help when problems arise, but cannot afford to service for free things not directly covered by warranty.
